    Wetaskiwin Times Advertiser — Disenfranchised youth, vote and unite. So says the Green Party of Canada, after declaring Jan. 13 as Youth Voter Day. “It’s Ottawa’s worst nightmare — young Canadians caring about their lives and the future of this country,” said party leader Jim Harris.
