Convicted killer Lewis Welshofer Jr.
Interrogator Convicted in Iraqi’s Death
FT. CARSON, Colo. — A military jury late Saturday convicted an Army interrogator of negligent homicide in the death of an Iraqi general who had been stuffed face-first into a sleeping bag.
