Assume $250 billion U.S. expenses for the Iraq war. The population of Iraq is about 26 million. That works out to $9,615 spent per Iraq citizen. And it’s not even close to being over. And even when it’s over, it won’t be over.

I have no idea what the significance of this is. Probably nothing. I’m just testing Excel 12’s division operator.
