The No Child Left Behind Act requires schools to send student’s private information — names, addresses, and phone numbers — directly to the military unless the student “opts out”, but many schools don’t inform students that they have the right to opt out. The military uses the information to recruit students. You can sign a petition to change the No Child Left Behind Act at Military Free Zone.
